After a relaxing cruise down the east coast of Kos you will reach the famous volcanic island. The village of Mandraki, which sits at the foot of the volcano, has years of tradition and history. The highlight of the day is when you are taking up and then down into the center of the volcano. You will experience the sensation and the heat! Of standing in a dormant but active volcano. Famous as sponge divers’ island one of the pearls of Dodecanese. Towering and impressive full of legend and tradition, it floats on the clear crystal waters of Aegean. Visiting the sponge factory you get an idea of the preparation of sponges, and the hard work to be done before being used all around the world. Last stop is “Pserimos” a small island of fishermen with a golden sandy beach.
